Workshops

I facilitate workshops relating to health and lifestyle medicine, menstrual cycle education, developing a balanced training model and thriving during times of adversity. I speak with honesty and openness about the scientific recommendations, combined with the realities of the lived experience. Workshops can take place in person or online with groups ranging from 8 – 30 participants.

Lifestyle/Health Facilitator

I provide one on one coaching often as a follow-up to workshops. During these sessions I offer guidance and support on integrating changes into your lifestyle – each session is tailored to meet the individual’s unique needs. I normally do one consultation and 1-2 follow-up calls. I have trained in the NLP practitioner coaching model.

Consultation & Collaboration

I am available to consult and collaborate on the content, research and delivery of workshops, coaching seminars, programs for athletes and events to ensure that the information is accessible, actionable and integrated with the end-user. 

Education Workshops

I teach yoga to a range of groups, including; children, athletes, teenagers, workplaces and offer yoga trí Gaeilge. My classes are suitable to beginners and those who have never tried or practiced yoga before. I am always happy to work with the specific need and goals of your group.

A huge thank you to you on behalf of the Irish Orienteering Association. Your presentations to our elite women in orienteering as well as to our junior athletes were second to none. The feedback from our participants has been incredible. Not only were the presentations hugely informative and engaging, but your manner is so upbeat and inspiring. You made a point of pulling in each and every participant and helped them to be active learners rather than passively watching along. Each of the respective groups learned a great deal about working with their bodies to get the best out of training and performance. You also gave the athletes appropriate steps to create achievable goals in these difficult times when motivation can easily wane.
